Dear Fluxers,

I’ve been remiss but just spent the greater part of the afternoon catching
up on your news and projects. It was enthralling — almost as great as my
last visit in November. Seb, Jason, everyone –don’t want to leave anyone
out that I should be mentioning — the site is marvelous. I’ll never stay
away so long again.
The site is fun to explore,
the content is great,
the projects are fascinating,
the ideas are thought provoking,
the funding is impressive,
the press coverage is outstanding (great quotes Stefany!)
and

and
I’m honored to be involved - and thanks for the mention. That was a thrill.Kudos to all of you!!

A project that will provide a forum for artists whose work slips between the cracks that open between galleries/museums, art cinema houses, and music clubs. The events are intended to foster a dialogue between artist and audience to increase understanding of the methods and theories used in the performances and installations.

Soundscrape will be a venue for national and international media artists. New No York and f-matic will be working in conjunction with Flux Factory to bring high-quality intermedia art to the Queens community.

It has been possible for this series to take place with the generous help from the Experimental Television Center
