Well, we really need a better name than Buda-Pest-New-York for this thing.
The above is but one of many anagrams for this character string, as is “ASK DUB ENTROPY WE.”

None of these, of course, is instantly recognizable, and so we have that problem to contend with yet. But there’s no question that “SNEAKY BUT POWDER” is more interesting than York=Pest, Buda=New.
“Adventures in Low Cost Travel” – NY Times article about flying discount airlines within Europe.
Some roller coasters and amusement rides have automatic cameras that take photos of riders, which can then be sold to them as they exit the ride. We could do something like that with a cheap digital camera, laptop, and printer, and maybe raise some funds that way.
But really I just wanted an excuse to use that headline.

Is the ride going to have a soundtrack? Perhaps a synchronized recorded track that plays from inside the moving vehicle, like in Disney rides? Or fixed-location sounds that emanate from different places in the miniature city?
I’d like to work on that kind of stuff, especially if it involves mechanical music, which seems to be my specialty these days. A robotic troubadour strapped to the back of each draisine? Sensors in the floor which activate the bamboo calliope as visitors pass by? What else?

This is crazy, but it involves a glass skywalk cantilevered over the Grand Canyon that enables visitors to see the canyon below. Visitors have to put on little booties so that the glass bottom doesn’t get ruined. Picture the majestic city of Budapest-New York below you… Just as another suggestion.
