The most common themes in the work of Cait Davis are nature, dichotomy and questions about existence. Cait explores these themes through varying techniques, including live-action cinema, animation, sculpture and printmaking, setting her subjects in a range of landscapes, from the darkly ominous to the candy colored.
Zuzia Juszkiewicz is a multidisciplinary visual artist who was born in Gdansk, raised in Poland, South Africa, New Zealand and Canada.
She holds a BA in Visual Arts (Emily Carr) and Human Geography (UBC).
Her practice revolves around topics of ‘encounter’ in forms of sound, text, cartography and painting.
Since 2008 she has illustrated for the Vancouver’s International Fringe Festival.
She is also an active designer who works with artists and institutions throughout Vancouver.
