Something in the work of these artists remains childlike and innocent.
But a deeper look reveals a poignant dark side. An unsolved dichotomy,
makes the work feel both empowered and vulnerable.
This ambiguity translates into works that come across as fun and disturbing,
dark and light, cute and scary without really favoring one or the other.
Subverted clichés of feminism, pop culture or eroticism mingle
with nightmarish visions.
This show will entice Kids and have grown ups shiver.
