Action Club (Chris Domenick, Kerry Downey, Douglas Paulson, and Jo Q Nelson), is working with Hatuey Ramos Fermin and Elizabeth Hamby to examine the oldest record store in NYC – Casa Amadeo.  It’s part of the Bronx River Arts Center’s Shifting Communities series, opening December 2nd.

Miatta Kawinzi‘s solo exhibition of new works, “Am I Phthalo Blue?” opens Thursday December 8th at 3rdEye(Sol)ation Gallery in Brooklyn.

In Paris, Paula Castro will show drawings in “Palindromes,” at Galerie de Roussan, and installing the 2nd part of “PLANORGA. Plan, Organisation, Désir et Volonté,” at Galeria APDV.  In Buenos Aires, she her show “Esto No Se Mueve De Aca” will be opening at Museo La Ene.

Man Bartlett begins a three month residency at Wassaic Project.

Daupo‘s year long labor, The 2012 Cthulhu Mythos Calendar, is finished.

Gretta Louw‘s project Controlling_Connectivity will be continuing. The exhibition at Art Laboratory Berlin is open through December and into January. On the 16th of January there’ll be an artist talk at the gallery.  She’ll also be showing a work at the European Performance Art Festival at a castle in Poland.

Cecilia Enberg has been awarded Rubus Arcticus, the Culture Grant Award of Norrbotten County Council in Sweden.
