Rory Fitzgerald Bledsoe

Rory Fitzgerald Bledsoe is a conceptual artist and curator who focuses on themes of intimacy, queer identity, digital labor and surveillance in the post-smartphone age. She currently directs Space One Two One (SOTO), a domestic gallery project that focuses on elevating and collaborating with underrepresented contemporary artists, and promoting experimental concepts and aesthetics, by providing a platform that is not beholden to the traditional gallery structure.

Fitzgerald Bledsoe has shown work publicly and at numerous galleries/institutions, primarily utilizing mediums of text, performance, installation and curation; she continues to work on her ongoing project, “Consensual Voyeurism”. Rory Fitzgerald Bledsoe lives and works in Boston, but has called both Texas and Alabama home.
