Rory O’Connor

Rory O’Connor studied sculpture at Glasgow School of Art, previous to this he trained as a veterinarian in University College Dublin. In his work, there is an attempt to break some illusion or tease the perception of an object or spatial composition. He tries to consider the interior and exterior of any frame, whether object or space, particularly with spatial composition in an architectural sense. It is this composition, which relates both structure and representation of space, that he wants to explore.
