Sara G. Arjona

Sara G. Arjona is a Curator and Researcher in Contemporary Art, born in Spain.

She received her BFA from De Montfort University (Leicester, UK), and MA in Research of Contemporary Art in Spain. Currently pursuing her PhD between Spain and New York.

Sara G. Arjona has curated numerous exhibitions in different spaces. She started in Spain solidifying her projects in alternative spaces such as restaurants, hotels and art spaces. She has also participated in curating projects in Art Fairs around Europe.

In 2013, Sara G. Arjona moved to New York, where she has worked with galleries, curating projects in Latin America and Spain.

She is currently researching the career of Abstract Expressionist Jose Guerrero at the MoMA for an exhibition which will celebrate the centenary of the artist.

She lives and works in New York.
