Welcome to Flux Island 2022: Flux Residency on Governors Island

From May through October 2022, Flux Factory was in residence on Governors Island with artist studios and public events. Follow the hashtag #WelcomeToFluxIsland on Instagram to keep up to date with events and informal happenings on the island.
Governors Island is a 172-acre island in the heart of New York Harbor. As part of their arts and cultural programming, Flux Factory is in residence in the historic Colonels Row along with many art and nonprofit organizations. Fluxers will work in the studios daily, creating new works and producing a program of performances, installations, screenings, workshops, and more.
